1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from ABISHEKH (https://abishekh.com.np), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you may not access or use our subscription services.
2. Service Description & Digital Product Delivery
ABISHEKH provides digital activation links for Google AI Pro (18 Months Subscription Plan). Upon successful payment completion via PayBridge NP gateway:
- An official activation link is generated and instantly displayed under your History section.
- Each activation link is unique, valid for 18 Months subscription claim on eligible Google accounts.
- Activation link delivery is instant and digital. Physical shipping does not apply.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR 699 per Google AI Pro 18 Months plan) unless specified otherwise. Payments are processed securely via PayBridge NP gateway. ABISHEKH does not store credit card numbers or financial account details.
4. Activation Link Use & Guidelines
Customers must adhere to the following usage terms:
- Activation links must be claimed on eligible Google Accounts in accordance with Google terms.
- Each activation link is single-use and non-transferable once claimed on an account.
- Customers are responsible for claiming their links promptly upon purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
ABISHEKH provides digital product delivery on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper account usage, third-party internet outages, or user configuration errors.
